Who is it for?
For those who have decided to take the plunge into developing a healthier lifestyle for general well-being or due to specific health issues including perimenopause symptoms, autoimmune conditions, PCOS/PCOD, chronic conditions

Based on a consultation call, you will be guided through a customized fitness and nutrition plan (and mental health if required) to meet your health goals. The plans are designed to create sustainable lifestyle changes

Anupama Gopal

As a Lifestyle and Fitness coach, Anupama is a Pilates Master Trainer and has trained with Lolita San Miguel one of the living Pilates elders in Florida, Michael King and a wide array of renowned Reebok Global Masters.
The Reebok Step Program has been a long-time personal favorite until the iron bug hit her and her current favorite is powerlifting.
She teaches marketing strategy and branding with the same passion as she does anatomy and Pilates science, and enjoys the classroom and gym immensely.
Soumya Peeru

Soumya Chandan Peeru (MSc in Dietetics and Food Service Management) is a registered Dietitian with the Indian Dietetic Association. She is a passionate believer in the power of real foods. Her philosophy in life revolves around balance and moderation. A clinical turned WHOLISTIC Dietitian with a rich experience of 15 plus years in the management of lifestyle disorders, Soumya aims to spread the wisdom of nutrition science for healthy living.
