Scientifically designed Customized wellness plans - 5 weeks OR 12 weeks
The plan has components of Fitness (including Cardio & Strength training) + Nutritional framework which will be personalized for you based on your health status (symptoms, conditions), health goals, nutrition and activity/fitness level
Weekly fitness plan based on an assessment of your current fitness levels.
The fitness plan will be tweaked every week depending on your consistency and completion of tasks.
Menstrual week training plan included.
The fitness plan will gradually ease into making training a part of lifestyle.
2x sessions with Nutritionist to give you a broad framework on Dietary guidelines to complement your training schedule.
WhatsApp group + open communication channels with the Miyara Team (trainer + nutritionist)

As a Lifestyle and Fitness coach, Anupama is a Pilates Master Trainer and has trained with Lolita San Miguel one of the living Pilates elders in Florida, Michael King and a wide array of renowned Reebok Global Masters.
The Reebok Step Program has been a long-time personal favorite until the iron bug hit her and her current favorite is powerlifting.
She teaches marketing strategy and branding with the same passion as she does anatomy and Pilates science, and enjoys the classroom and gym immensely.
Soumya Chandan Peeru (MSc in Dietetics and Food Service Management) is a registered Dietitian with the Indian Dietetic Association. She is a passionate believer in the power of real foods. Her philosophy in life revolves around balance and moderation. A clinical turned WHOLISTIC Dietitian with a rich experience of 15 plus years in the management of lifestyle disorders, Soumya aims to spread the wisdom of nutrition science for healthy living.
