Join us for a vibrant menopause party in Bangalore, where we celebrate this important life transition through movement, conversation, and community support. This event is designed to empower women and foster a sense of connection.
We are super excited that apart from Miyara's experts Chief of Science communication, Ayshwarya Ravichandran, PhD and Purnima Aiyar, holistic fitness expert - we will also have another special speaker Dr. Anuja Chandrana (a pelvic floor physiotherapist) who will give you more details on how to manage pelvic floor issues like incontinence, pain during sex, prolapse etc at the event.
