What is "Unpause with Anu" ?

It is a once-a-week, fitness program. All classes will be ONLINE/LIVE

Pilates is a whole-body exercise routine with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Weekly Online Pilates classes designed by our Lifestyle and Fitness coach, Anupama Gopal. She is a Pilates Master Trainer and has trained with Lolita San Miguel one of the living Pilates elders in Florida, Michael King and a wide array of renowned Reebok Global Masters. She has developed training courses and certification programs for trainers which include science and physiology.

  • One session with her and you will never go looking for another trainer. 

  • 15-minute consultation call with Anupama to ensure the training for you is tailored to your level even in the group class

The Reebok Step Program has been a long-time personal favorite until the iron bug hit her and her current favorite is powerlifting.
