About Anindita:

Anindita is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and a level 2 practitioner at The School of Applied Functional Medicine She coaches women with one or more autoimmune conditions who want to go beyond symptom management, actively participate in their healing process, and reduce their suffering by being fully committed to making the changes necessary in terms of the lifestyle and dietary triggers and address the true root causes based on a holistic, Functional Medicine approach.


This helps them to regain their energy, their confidence and show up in the world feeling healthy and happy once again.


She is also launching a brand new podcast called “Healing autoimmune with Anindita” towards the end of September she will be sharing information, tools, resources, and insights to empower and guide the audience to healing from their autoimmune condition and create resilient and sustainable health.
